Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, or any intimate apparel if the hygiene seal has been removed.
    • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@secretdesiresofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
    • Securely package the item(s) and include the RAN inside the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • If the return is due to a defect or error, please include a copy of the shipping receipt, and we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
    • If the returned item(s) meet our criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
